Information on data processing
On May 25, 2018, the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, this page describes how the personal data of users who consult the Univers@ll website of the National Institute for Astrophysics, accessible electronically at https://universall.inaf.it, is processed.
Methods of processing
Personal data is processed lawfully and fairly, using automated tools and only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Processing is carried out in compliance with Article 11 and in consideration of Article 100 of Legislative Decree 196/03.

Types of data processed and purposes of processing
Data provided by the user for communications
Your personal data (email, first name, last name) will be used exclusively to send communications about Univers@ll activities. It will not be disclosed to third parties. Data provided voluntarily by the user can be deleted by sending a specific request.

Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to obtain from INAF, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
