The GEP (Gender Equality Plan) is a programmatic document that identifies and introduces actions that promote the reduction of gender asymmetries, while at the same time allowing for the enhancement of all diversity related to, for example, the variables of age, culture, physical ability, sexual orientation, political and/or religious beliefs, and multilingualism.
